THE INVISIBLE SCORE
It is within the framework of an artistic creation residency conducted at the French Institute of Madagascar in March 2019 that the collaboration between Michel Doneda, saxophonist and improviser, Folly K., novelist, poet and performer, Harivola Rakotondrasoa, Malagasy dancer and choreographer begins.
The "invisible score" can be described as a cartography of disparate movements carrying unheard-of sensitive forms.
Movements, sounds, words, voices, silences, rhythms; so many multiple and varied materials which give body to this partition registered in each of us three.
Because of our cultural differences, the construction of the show is collective and is done in a shared concern of opening and de-hierarchization of our respective codes and values.
The form thus created is in constant evolution. It transcribes and transmits these new energies necessarily contemporary in their brilliance.
The gesture, the sound, the word become bridges that connect these two shores, those of our respective cultural territories.....the North and the South
The game and the listening of this present are in sharing during this unique act and without artifice.
